inspections of structures on the S.E.A. high speed train Line"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the second half of 2019, SITES continued to carry out periodic inspections on structures crossing the South Europe-Atlantic High Speed Line (LGV S.E.A.) on behalf of the line\u2019s maintenance operator, MESEA.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure these structures\u2019 sustainability, SITES deployed a number of its skills, specifically visual inspections of structural parts via pods (on upper surfaces, box girder, lower surfaces and piers), topometric monitoring of structures, remote inspections by ScanTubes\u00ae, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The S.E.A. high speed train Line, which is over 300 km long, was commissioned in 2017 and connects Tours and Bordeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take a look at these photos showing <strong>how the Claix viaduct\u2019s hollow piers are inspected by our teams.<\/strong><br>A mobile camera is brought to the top of the pier from the deck, enabling fast and accurate inspection of the inside of the piers at a height of 15 to 30 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter
